Chabahar is the capital city of Chabahar County. It's situated on the coast of the Gulf of Oman and is Iran's southernmost city. This port is one of the most important crossroads of the North-South corridor of world trade. The majority of the city's residents are ethnic Baloch, who speak their native Balochi language in addition to Persian.
